Book Review - Snakehead

Snakehead is a book from the Alex Rider authored by Anthony Horowitz. The series is about a 14 year old young spy and his missions. In this book, he is working with the ASIS (Australian Secret Intelligence Service) and his mission is to dig out information about a criminal organization named Snakehead. He is disguised as an Afghan refugee who have paid snakehead to smuggle them into Australia. However, the odds are stacked against him and he was discovered very soon. When trying to escape from the snakehead, he meets M16, an intelligence service of Britain which he had worked for and this led him to a major crime that the snakehead was about to commit. Snakehead had stolen the Royal Blue, a strong and powerful prototype bomb developed by the British Government, and they wanted to use it to cause a tsunami that could kill hundreds of thousands. Alex's took up one more mission and it was to prevent the crisis from happening by finding and deactivating the bomb. Once again, he was caught by snakehead and snakehead did not want to kill him. They wanted to do something more cruel, selling his organs. Just before the night of the operation, Alex managed to escape from the hospital and he was able to prevent the tsunami from happening.

I find this book very interesting as well as very enriching. There were a lot of writing styles used and i believe that this would help me to improve my LA skills. I have read all of the 8 books in this series (this is the seventh book) and i find them all very exciting. The other series that Anthony Horowitz have authored is the Diamond Brother series which i have also enjoyed very much. Now, Anthony Horowitz is my favorite author.
